Judicial Affairs

The Office of Judicial Affairs at Duquesne University promotes and upholds the values and principles articulated in the Expectations of a Duquesne Student and the Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct.
In conjunction with the Office of Residence Life, Judicial Affairs oversees the University’s judicial system which was established to:

  • Maintain a safe campus community
  • Uphold University standards of academic and personal integrity and responsibility
  • Adjudicate instances of alleged violations of the Student Code
  • Administer the disciplinary processes and sanctions
